Our Initiatives

Over time, Communities Who Know has developed initiatives with people working on issues pertaining to West Side Atlanta and its community. Currently, CWK, Inc. has three active initiatives: the CWK Data Dashboard, Next Generation/Atlanta Youth Leadership Initiative, and the Building Memories podcast series.

 

Our Dashboard

The CWK Data Dashboard is a user-friendly tool designed to draw quantitative and qualitative data from publicly available sources and locally generated sources to document the history, conditions, issues, challenges, and achievements of Westside communities.

NextGen/ATL

The Next Generation Youth Leadership Network in Atlanta, Georgia, is a member of the Next Generation Youth Leadership Network organized by Bread Loaf Teacher Network of Middlebury College Bread Loaf School of English (BLTN NextGen).

NextGen/ATL listens to and supports the next generation of youth in preparing themselves to be leaders of change in making a better world.

Building Memories preserves community stories, with emphasis on the documentation of narratives that are often stored and nurtured in the hearts and souls of individual people (some famous, others not so famous), but often unknown outside of a given community.
